BIG BAG: Roasted cacao beans that are crushed are called Nibs. Nibs are roasted, of course, never above 118 degrees, keeping with raw status. They are crunchy, bitter, and have a very deep chocolaty taste that so many love. Speaking of LOVE, Nibs are even higher in Magnesium, fiber, potassium, antioxidants and phenylethylamine which release endorphins that make us feel content, alert and give a sense of well being. It’s why cacao is known as the “Love Drug”. We topped our Original recipe with lots of raw, organic Nibs and call it: NIB CRUNCH. Dark chocolate (raw cacao) sweetened only with raw honey, Has one of the highest raw cacao ratios on the market our cacao still delivers rich flavor with no bitterness.
